STEP-BY-STEP EXPLANATION OF HOW TO ACCURATELY MEASURE YOUR FOOT LENGTH

STEP 1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor and against a wall.

STEP 2. Make sure you are wearing thin ski socks. Always make sure to wear thin socks while skiing – if you wear thicker ski socks, you will get colder faster and have pressure points.

STEP 3. Wearing thin ski socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.

STEP 4. Then use a pen to draw a line directly at the end of your big toe. Repeat for the other foot.

STEP 5. Using a ruler, measure the distances between the wall and the lines you drew in centimeters. Use the longer distance to determine your size. Your centimeter length equals your mondo point size.

Narrow Fit

Narrow fit boots have a forefoot width of 98 millimeters (boot size MP 26/26.5), and offer a lower volume fit overall. They've been developed for skiers with slim feet and anyone looking for a precise fit for direct power transmission.

Medium Fit

A medium fit boot is a boot with a last width of 100 millimeters (boot size MP 26/26.5). These average lasted boots have a more relaxed fit through the midfoot and heel and fit most skiers perfectly.

Wide Fit

Wide fit boots have a forefoot width of 102 millimeters (boot size MP 26/26.5). These higher volume boots are suited for skiers with broad feet and larger calves.

Info

Knowing the length of your foot (hence, mondo point) is only one measurement out of many that are required to genuinely know which boot is right for you. Your boot is an extremely important part of your skiing equipment and if you’re in the wrong one, it can lead to a lot of discomfort while skiing. And because we want you to enjoy this amazing sport as much as possible, we recommend visiting your local Atomic dealer, who can help match you with a boot that suits your unique biomechanical needs.

Description
The all-mountain Atomic Magna 95 W now features the same Prolite Construction as the Ultra and Prime, making the boot light weight while adding reinforcement to key areas for powerful skiing performance. The Adaptive Fit System cuff spoiler can easily be added or removed to fine tune the amount of tulip-shape and volume in the cuff. A totally customizable 102mm last, wide fit boot is equipped with a 3D Bronze liner which has an anatomical first fit and the shell, cuff, and liner can be further customized for a personalized fit. Its ‘Big Toe Friendly’ 3D Stetch Toe Box construction maximizes the liner’s available length allowing for a little extra length when important millimeters are required to achieve the perfect fit. For women who want to focus on skiing and not their gear – this is the boot.
Features

Prolite
Prolite is a way of building skis and boots that turns traditional thinking on its head. Instead of starting with a standard construction and cutting material away to save weight, Prolite does the opposite. It starts with the slimmest possible profile and then it builds up reinforcements in key areas where strength is needed – like the Energy Backbone down each boot spine and ski edge.

Adaptive Fit System (AFS) Cuff
A removeable cuff spoiler that increases the amount of tulip-shape and volume inside the cuff.

Memory Fit 3D Liner
Memory Fit 3D is our special liner featuring pre-shaped thermoformable heel and ankle areas, which creates a snug anatomical fit around the heel and ankle for a better foot hold. So there are no pressure points when you put the boot on for the first time. Then for continuous comfort we’ve given the liner a 1-piece toe box that precisely follows the shape of the shell and surrounds the foot with comfortable foam. And finally, it’s 100% Memory Fit compatible.

Memory Fit
Atomic Memory Fit is one of the quickest heat-fitting technologies around. The key is Memolink, our special additive that improves the moldability and stretch characteristics of our plastics. Thanks to this, all three elements of the boot can adapt to the foot – shell, cuff, and liner.

3D Stretch Toe Box
Asymmetrically shaped for left and right, the new 3D Stretch Toe Box takes first fit and customization potential to the next level. It is Big Toe Friendly construction that maximizes the liner’s available length allowing for a little extra stretch when important millimetres are required to achieve the perfect fit.

Legendary Hawx Feel
Supreme first fit and anatomical lasts combined with unique balance geometry to create a boot that works for everyone, pros, and rookies alike.
