If you’re a rider who enjoys maximum trail feedback, you love hardtails and you ride your descents flat-out, this season you’re in luck. In 2023 Mondraker is launching a very special hardtail: the CHRONO DC. To this end, we added a front fork with 120mm of travel and 2.40" wide tyres front and back, so you can climb as fast as you want and also have loads of fun on the downs. Just to be on the safe side when things get spicy we’ve mounted a dropper post to give you that freedom of movement when it counts.

Features

The eye-catching, light and stiff aluminium frame of the Mondraker not only impresses with its comfort and design, but also with the innovative Mondraker Forward Geometry: The longer reach due to the extended top tube enables a longer wheelbase, which promises more control and confidence. The rider moves further away from the front wheel, making the stem very short. The SRAM brakes with 180 mm brake disc at the front and 160 mm brake disc at the rear decelerate extremely well even on hard descents without letting up. The Sram SX Eagle crank and the SRAM PG-1210 12-speed cassette cover a wide range so that even the steepest trails can be conquered. The 29" Maxxis Ardent tyres ensure the best contact with the ground.

Based on a geometry with longer reach and longer top tubes, the seating position with FG30 stem (30 mm) is perfectly balanced for every bike model and every purpose. The extra extension of the top tube is compensated for on all FG models and every frame size with our patented FG30 stem. The front-to-center distance increases and results in reliable handling that lets you ride
